Monoolein cubic phase containing acidic proteinoid and hydrophobically modified glucose oxidase was prepared for a pH-dependent and glucose-sensitive. The acidic proteinoid was prepared by a synthesize Asp and Leu (96:4 in molar ratio). To prepare monoolein cubic phase, molten MO was hydrated with the proteinoid solution in D.W.  For glucose-sensitive release experiment, prepare 5(6)-Carboxy fluorescein. CF dye. The release of 5(6)-Carboxy fluorescein from the cubic phase was promoted under low concentration of glucose conditions. Because by enzymatic reaction, high concentration of glucose condition proteinoids are entangle form. Then blocks the path to release. Therefore the releases of 5(6)-Carboxy fluorescein was high value under low concentration of glucose conditions.
