Nanofiber : made by Electrospinning, Diameters of nanometer(nm) scales.
Several characteristics: large surface area to volume ratio(~1000m²/g), high porosity
Materials: PEO, DNA, PAA, PLA, protein, collagen, nylon, polyester, acryl resin, and PVA, PS, PAN, peptide, cellulose.
Electrospinning: the basic method for producing nanofiber using electrostatic force.

Advantage of nanofiber  in Drug Delivery Systems
Larger surface area to volume ratio of nanofiber : overcome the limitation of high drug uptake efficiency.
The control of the matrix property: it is possible to regulate the drug release profile.
    (The matrix property: diameter, porosity, morphology, type of materials)
Applications: artificial organ components, tissue engineering, implant material, drug delivery, wound dressing, and medical textile materials.

In this study, we’re trying to make a thermosensitive PCL/Pluonic F127 nanofiber for sustained drug delivery system.
